We started with a vision of opening a coffee shop that would be loved by locals and visitors alike. From there, Bridgeport Coffee Company was born.

In 2004, we opened our original storefront on the South Side of Chicago and began providing exceptional roasted coffees featuring rich and complex flavor to fine purveyors and food service establishments. We are proud to be a community staple that keeps our customers returning day after day.

We differentiate ourselves by building a bridge to the land where your coffee is grown. Beyond just organic and fair-trade products, we directly partner with many of our growers, ensuring the shortest supply line to the finest globally produced beans that embody all the qualities you value for local roasting and flavor consistency.
