About this Coffee
The Roaster’s Choice originates from Wosasa, a village nestled within
the Raro Nensebo Kebele.
The lot takes its name from the village, where the twenty-five farmers and
their families contributed to its cultivation. The Gibirrina/Serto variety, grown
under the shade of indigenous trees, was carefully chosen for its disease-resistant qualities. Trained by the “King of Guji”, Ture Waji, the farmers uphold
expertise in agronomy and post-harvest practices.
Every lot in the Wosasa drying station is tracked with a unique tag for
separation and traceability, detailing delivery dates and daily relative moisture
content readings – a testament to their quality commitment.
Enjoy the nuanced flavours of lavender, blueberry jam, cherry (maraschino),
black tea and dark brown sugar as Wosasa creates a sensory experience as
