About this Coffee

An outstanding coffee with a juicy acidity and a serious hit of blackcurrant and rhubarb with a rich cocoa-like body.

Gaicanjiru Estate is located in Kirinyaga County, Kenya. It was named Gaicanjiru Estate after the owner’s birthplace. The farm also grows sweet potatoes and chillies, as well as keeping goats and sheep. This coffee benefits from being planted alongside indigenous trees and shade trees, resulting in a dense and sweet cherry. All processing is carried out onsite where they have their own washing station.
