About this Coffee
Julian Valenzuela operates a small, pristine farm in Paicol, Huila, Colombia. Just hectares away from finca Las Palmas. While this is El Vesuvio’s first single origin release, it’s played a flavourful role in our Community Blend where Chalo Fernandez’s community of coffee growers is represented. It’s a wonderfully clean and balanced cup that deserves a stage of its own.
