About this Coffee

Carole Zbinden reflects the ethos of a gardener while tending to her plants and shows a great respect for the land. Carole’s farm uses innovative systems to reduce water and energy consumption, including water-saving eco-pulpers and composting programs that use the organic waste from coffee processing to further enrich the soil.

This lot of hand-picked Caturra is white honey processed, meaning just a small amount of mucilage was left intact on the seed to dry. Makes for an excellent espresso.
