About this Coffee
Another new Kenyan coffee. This time from the Gakuyuini Factory. This lot is a specially separated Peaberry lot that is usually 5-7% of the total harvests in that year. Peaberries tend to have greater intensity, flavours and sweetness and this lot is no different. We get loads of black currants, plums and prune like flavours, coupled with intense sweetness and subtle florals in the finish.
