About this Coffee
Danche is a washing station located in Chelbesa, Gedeo. They buy cherries from 742 or so farmers who produce good yields thanks to fertile soil and good farming methods. This washing station is also organic certified.
This cup can be described as a clean natural processed coffee that we are always looking out for – fruit bomb, tropical and sweet, yet clean without the overly fermentation that can seem to overwhelm some naturals that result in more funk than fruit tones. The sweetness in the cup is again one of the highlights that we enjoy tremendously in this coffee.
