About this Coffee
The Nobletree Majestic Medium Roast coffee is roasted from the finest of this year’s micro-lot harvest. The beans are grown slowly to full maturity in terraced mountain shade on our Fazenda Santa Izabel farm in Brazil before being handpicked, dried, and shipped for small-batch roasting in our state-of-the-art roasting facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. The Majestic Medium Roast is Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade USA Certified, and fully traceable back to the plot where the cherries were grown.
Nobletree Majestic is a well-rounded roast with a rich aroma, fruit, caramel, and chocolate notes. This coffee is sweet with low acidity and a very prolonged, pleasant aftertaste. Because of the micro-lot origins, this roast is only available in small quantities until we sell out.
