About this Coffee

A classic Colombian coffee that displays the Huila region’s take on everything we love about Colombian coffee: caramel-like sweetness, warm baking spices, and light acidity.

Our friends at the Tio Conejo coffee farm in Colombia is not only a great provider of excellent coffees, they’re also a connecting point for us to a lot of other coffee producing communities. So when we were looking for a classic coffee that we could provide year round, they connected us with Felipe Aristizabal.

We were able to spend time with Felipe and see his facilities while in Colombia. We learned how much of an impact Felipe has had on encouraging farmers around his area to harvest and process higher quality coffees. This coffee is named after the Andaki indigenous group in Colombia that is present in the Huila region. This coffee stood out to us for having a sweet yet vibrant cup. It is the type of coffee you can keep going back to every day without ever growing bored of it.
