Belle Espresso is one of our favorites in our coffee houses because it balances beautifully with milk based drinks. With notes of blackberry, chocolate, and brandy, this decadent espresso has a creamy body and a sweet finish. The top flavor notes layer with hints of orange citrus and spice. With a winning 94/100 pts, Belle is our highest-rated espresso blend. After trying 40 espressos & rating over 30 espresso blends, Ken Davids of Coffee Review placed Belle on top.
Ken Davids of Coffee Review in his 94 POINTS – May 2006 assessment describes our Belle as: Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouthfeel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: brandy, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority.
