About this Coffee
Peaberry coffee is a blend of peaberry beans from our plantation. Peaberries, are created one of the beans in the coffee fruit doesn’t develop and the other bean develops as a single, oval bean. Peaberries produce a richer flavor than normal beans from the same crop. The aroma of this coffee is floral and rich. The flavor is sweet with fruit, nut, and chocolate undertones. There is a lingering finish to the cup.
