The Story of the Bean:
Luna Azul Organic is grown at high altitudes in the rich soil of western Honduras, where only the ripest cherries are harvested and meticulous care is given when milling and drying. The beans are then painstakingly sorted to ensure only those meeting exact specifications are given the Luna Azul name before undergoing one final step – water processed decaffeination.
