About this Coffee

Limited Time Offering – Sharing a name with a famous hummingbird garden at the foot of the Andes, Alambi is a compilation of harvests from six small-scale producers in Pichincha, Ecuador. The region’s high elevation and rich volcanic soil are perfect for growing coffee, as evidenced by the slam-dunk vibrancy you’ll taste in the cup. This coffee smells like roasted almonds, with a subtle floral note that’ll bring you back to picking wild blackberries fresh off the bush some summers past. Its zesty lemon acidity softens into a delightfully nutty and candy-coated sweetness as it cools like the pastry cream filling inside the fluffiest almond croissant.
