Grown way up at 5,350 feet, this estate is one of the first few places coffee was planted after it was smuggl…uh…‘brought’ to India. With the soil tanked up on minerals and lots of animals and birds for biodiversity, the beans at this altitude mature into a larger size that make for a denser and fuller brew.
