Located in the heart of Ethiopia’s coffee belt, the Shantawene Abore coffee emerges as a hidden gem, paying tribute to the unwavering dedication of Ethiopian coffee growers. This exceptional brew flourishes at altitudes reaching 2050 meters above sea level, where the beans undergo a slow maturation process, imparting distinctive flavours to every cup.
Graced by the presence of two exceptional varietals, 74-110 and 74-112, alongside the renowned Ethiopian heirloom, this coffee undergoes a meticulous washing process that enhances its brightness and clarity. The beans are carefully dried on raised beds, a technique synonymous with quality that elevates the overall flavour profile.
