About this Coffee

We have been purchasing this coffee for numerous years from friend, Federico Pacas – due to its lower elevation, this delicious treat arrives earlier in the season, perfect for all of us to enjoy.

This cultivar is a cross between Timor hybrids and a mutation of Bourbon called Villa Sarchi. This combination creates both a tree that is leaf rust-resistant and a high-quality cup profile, the best of both worlds. Slowly drying the coffee cherries for 3-4 weeks in wire mesh beds produces a bright, fruit-forward cup that’s perfect for summer!
