About this Coffee

Certified organic, the coffee is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, ensuring the highest quality and protecting the environment. The coffee is processed using a natural method and dried on beds for 21-28 days, preserving its full flavour.

With unique CBD (coffee berry disease)-resistant varietal selections and Guji landraces – Serto 74112 and Gibirinna 74110 and the smaller size of the beans notwithstanding, the flavour and aroma of the Guji Shaakkisoo Natural coffee are worth investing in,
particularly given the low-quality production in Ethiopia during the previous season.

Despite facing challenges such as a long drought
and uneven ripening, the farmers remain determined to producing exceptional coffee that is both environmentally sustainable and
socially responsible. The commitment of the farmers to sustainable and innovative farming practices is reflected in every cup of this exceptional coffee.
