About this Coffee
Home to some of Colombia’s finest coffees, Huila lies in the south of the country: the region where three mountain ranges, or cordilleras, are huddled together. The farms there are small – up to 5 hectares in size. And they’re pretty lofty. They sit between 1,400m and 1,900m above sea level.
Processed and dried in the same place that it’s grown – in Huila – by the farmers themselves, San Sebastian is then lightly roasted here in Harrogate. The result is sweet and fruity, with lip-smacking hints of both blackcurrant and honey.
