ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Hailing from the mountains of Northern Sumatra is, Indonesia Sibalanga, a coffee that is carefully hand-picked, sorted and wet-hulled by local producers. Wet-hulling is a typical process in Indonesia where the coffee skins and most of the flesh is removed almost immediately after harvesting. This process kickstarts the fermentation straightaway implementing big, bold and juicy flavours. This espresso pours thick and smooth, with notes of bittersweet chocolate and citrus.
