About this Coffee
Although the producers are key in obtaining the best quality coffee, we named this specific coffee after the relationship manager for the smallholder producer group Byron Benavente. Byron has deep roots in Huehue and has continued a family legacy, taking after his father who also worked with smallholding producers, and we wanted to use this opportunity to recognize him and the hard work he does to make all this possible. Byron not only remains in constant communication with exporters but also helps to arrange training programs to provide producers with technical assistance and the best farming and milling practices to ensure they are able to produce the best possible product.
The Byron Benavente is a glowing example of this hard work and his commitment to innovation. Juicy, sweet citrus, complex nuttiness, and a tropical fruit twist make this a truly exciting coffee to drink.
