About this Coffee
Refreshing red apple at the front. As it cools, you’ll find silky milk chocolate coming through, with a syrupy lime note to it.
The goal of our Brothers blend is to produce something fresh and exciting. With new coffees arriving this time of year, we’ve changed things up to feature two amazing coffees from quite different producers. Our current iteration includes a washed Bolivian coffee from El Fuerte, this brings a juicy apple note to the blend, offering a lot of sweetness and complexity. Its counterpart is our home favourite, El Yalcon from Colombia, this brings the acidity and balance.
