About this Coffee

Rwandan coffees are some of our favourites due to their complexity. This coffee is roasted a little lighter and is perfect for filter methods of extraction. Just brilliant as a French Press, Espresso or Aeropress.

Share with a friend when next you catch up over a Sunday morning coffee. They’ll love you for it.
Nkora washing station was named after a small fishing village of the shores of Lake Kivu in the Rutsiro District. It is one of the largest and oldest (since 1957) washing station in Rwanda.

Coffee cherries were handpicked and dry fermented for a duration of 12-18h, followed by soaking in water for 8h before flowing through density channels to be graded and dried on raised beds for 15-30 days, depending on the weather conditions.
