About this Coffee
Our new and improved Black Gold No3 capsules have landed! We have carefully sourced and profiled our new pods to perfectly recreate the rich milk chocolate and biscuit flavour profile that has made Black Gold an award-winning favourite within our cafes. Better yet our new pods are now 100% compostable and plastic-free!
Our capsules contain freshly roasted, specialty grade coffee and are ground intentionally for a longer extraction time to achieve the best possible flavour profile. As a general rule, we recommend aiming for 25g -30g for a short coffee and around 60g – 80g for a long coffee, although everyone’s taste is different and we recommend developing a recipe that suits you.
