About this Coffee
From Wilton Benitez, this is the Colombia Chiroso. Chiroso is a genetic mutation of the Caturra variety that was found in the high altitudes of Antioquia, Colombia. With the technology forward approach at Finca Paraiso-92, this natural processed coffee undergoes a double anaerobic fermentation process, after which it is thermal shocked to seal in those unique flavor profiles of the bean. The attention to detail is immaculate and you’ll find after the roast and brew, this cup boasts notes of guava, red berry, slight citrus and a sweet syrupy finish. A delicate profile that is still very nicely balanced.
