About this Coffee

Our newest espresso, much like the second industrial revolution, is dark and gritty- but also full of life.

It has a touch of cacao nib, with warm tobacco, vanilla & a pop of pomegranate.

It was 1848 that the first railroad connection was laid from Chicago to Galena, Illinois.

It was the very beginning of rolling up sleeves in the gritty industrial yards of Pilsen.

It was the first year Chicago served as a vital connection point and distribution center.

The great gateway city.
