About this Coffee

“Otoño” (which translates to ‘fall’ in Spanish) is a limited seasonal roast crafted to keep you warm & caffeinated all fall season—whether that be in the crisp morning air, mid-afternoon breeze, or chilly cold evening.

This single origin coffee is a blend of wet wash, honey process, and natural process beans from our family farms, which are roasted at a medium profile to bring out seasonal notes of blackberry, black tea, and nutmeg; Although we have discovered this fall roast works well any way you like to brew, we highly recommend it on pour over, French press, or standard automatic drip machines.

With an overall warm, cozy, fall feeling to it, this blend is the perfect amount of spice and warmth for the chilly mornings (or afternoons).

The label design (hand drawn by our very own Paula Krassa) illustrates the real-time seasonal fall changes happening to our family coffee trees in Honduras: the perfect visual representation of the red, orange, & green coffee cherry maturity process you’ll see in the fall season at our family farms!
