About this Coffee

The Alma Team is especially excited to be releasing this coffee from the Huila region of Colombia as some of the team just came back from a business trip to Colombia! Made from a combination of 4 different local farms, this coffee is a blend of the Caturra, Pink Bourbon, and Colombia varietals. Processing on this coffee ranges between 24 to 80 hours in open air fermentation and is then followed by being full washed before being put out to dry.

Roast Story:

When our team got their hands on this coffee, we knew we instantly wanted to highlight how juicy and refreshing it was. After various rounds of experimenting with a roast profile, we found the perfect roast that highlights how incredibly fruity and tea-like this coffee is. Our head roaster Cody put it best. “It tastes light and refreshing, just like a mild Spring day.” Cody mentioned that one sip instantly transported him to his porch during Spring time while sipping on a Pink Arnold Palmer. Our team hopes this coffee transports you to a beautiful memory as well!
