Variety Coffee

When it comes to sourcing coffee, our focus has always been freshness. We have built a menu that reflects the various growing seasons of different coffee growing regions, and strive to showcase only the freshest coffees. We roast every day here in Brooklyn because we fucking love coffee.

2008- Variety opens it’s doors for the first time on Graham ave. in Williamsburg

2009- We opened our second location on a sleepy corner of McGolrick Park in Greenpoint

2014- In an effort to improve and control quality, we began roasting our own coffee in the back of our third cafe in Bushwick

2016-18- Variety takes Manhattan! We opened stores in Chelsea and the Upper East Side.

2019- Roasting operations expand and we move to our stand alone roastery in East Williamsburg.

2022 and beyond- Variety continues to open cafes and serve excellent coffee to NYC.
