Rwanda Nyanza Iwacu is the sum of its name. It upholds the distinct sweetness we know and love from Rwanda, while giving us an expressive flavor profile that comes from the careful and attentive processing that reminds us of home, or “Iwacu” in the Kinyarwanda language.
This coffee’s sweetness is wrapped up in gentle tropical brightness, giving you a taste of candied mango and a sparkling fruit intensity. The Bourbon variety’s captivating sweetness would steal the show, if it weren’t for a complex array of herbal notes reminiscent of rose and lemongrass.
