Introducing El Salvador La Reforma Red Bourbon (Washed)
This captivating journey begins with the Alvarez family, whose coffee roots stretch over a century. In 1892, Rafael Alvarez Lalinde established the initial farm on the slopes of Santa Ana’s Apaneca Ilamatepec Mountain Range. Originally from Colombia, he brought the finest coffee seedlings, igniting a legacy that spans generations. Today, Rafael’s descendants proudly steward La Reforma and Finca Santa Maria, maintaining their coffee farms and overseeing the entire journey, from cherry to cup, with the El Borbollon mill.
