About this Coffee
This incredible Geisha from Allan & Elke Hartmann was produced at their farm in Santa Clara, Panama. They named this lot Chameleon to illustrate the wide range of colourful flavours this coffee expresses. Rocky Mountain Coffee is known for their expertise in processing, showcased in this delicious, naturally processed Geisha, which they’ve shade grown, then dried on raised beds for 21 days. This is responsible for the red and purple fruit flavours and highlights the delicate white floral qualities of this varietal. One of our trainers, Zoe Williams, achieved 2nd place in the UK Barista Championship using this amazing coffee.
