About this Coffee
2023 marks our 30th anniversary, and we are excited to invite you to our year-long celebration. For 30 years, we have sought after and achieved award-winning coffee, community and relationships near and far that have made us the Klatch Coffee we are today.
We are excited to share our NEW Vineyard Blend with you, a coffee that is the culmination and celebration of everything that has made us who we are today. This blend of a natural process Ethiopian and honey-processed El Salvador is roasted to our peak of flavor standards and is sourced from farms like Las Mercedes from El Salvador – a direct trade partner whose relationship and sustainability standard has been a pillar in the Perry Family and Klatch Coffee.
When combined and roasted to a medium-light profile, these two coffees provide flavors reminiscent of our second favorite beverage, wine.
A delicious blend with flavor notes of rose hip, framboise and allspice and has everyone at the roastery raving as it meets everyone’s diverse tastes in coffee. It will surely be the next favorite coffee for those who love our espressos like WBC or our single-origin coffees like the Ethiopia Worka Gr1 Anaerobic Natural, making this an excellent recommendation to anyone taking their first steps or sips into specialty coffee.
