About this Coffee
An indulgent brew with a boozy edge. Try black for layers of indulgent complexity, boozy cherry liqueur, followed by intensely sweet marzipan and a bittersweet dark chocolate finish
Combine with milk for notes of milk chocolate, shortbread biscuit and a subtle hint of boozy cherry liqueur.
Grown at Fazenda de Mata (The Farm of the Forest) by Senhor Adonis who has worked closely with our longstanding partners, Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza.
This coffee is grown at an unusually high altitude for Brazil. The cool evenings due to the altitude allow for ideal slow maturation and drying periods – making this lot particularly unique.
